About Bryan Allen

Rooted in Bensalem’s Working Class

Bryan Allen is a lifelong Lower Bucks County resident, a father of three, and a dedicated public servant who has spent more than three decades fighting for the community that raised him.

Raised in a working-class household in Bensalem, Bryan learned early how quickly circumstances can change for a family.

His father was a machinist at the Nabisco plant on Roosevelt Boulevard, and his mother worked days while putting herself through nursing school at night. Like many local families, there were times when layoffs hit hard, and they relied on SNAP benefits to put food on the table. This is why Bryan’s commitment to working families is deeply personal.

A Proven Record of Local Results

Bryan doesn't just show up at election time. He has a lifetime doing the hard work and delivering:

  • Bensalem Township Council: First elected in 2005 as the first Democrat to win a seat in more than 30 years, Bryan built a reputation for delivering real results and challenging entrenched insider interests.

  • 14+ Years of Legislative Experience: As Chief of Staff to State Representative Tina Davis, Bryan has spent over a decade working directly on the front lines to solve complex problems for Lower Bucks families.

  • Community Leadership: Bryan has served his community broadly, both as the Vice Chair of the Bucks County Water & Sewer Authority Board and as President of the Friends of Silver Lake Nature Center.

Bringing Our Fight to Harrisburg

Bryan believes that government should work for everyday working people—not wealthy special interests or corporate insiders.

He is running for Pennsylvania State Representative because Harrisburg has stopped listening. While career politicians play partisan games, working families are being squeezed by rising costs and left behind by a system that feels increasingly disconnected from their lives.

He is ready to bring accountability and community-centered leadership back to the state capitol. For Bryan, public service has never been about titles; it has always been about fighting for the people and neighborhoods that shaped him.

What Bryan is Fighting For

In Harrisburg, Bryan will champion practical solutions to the real problems facing our district:

  • Education Funding: Fully fund public education while relieving the burden on tax payers.

  • Economic Relief: Lowering energy costs and raising the minimum wage so families can thrive, not just survive.

  • Workers' Rights: Strengthening and defending safe working conditions, fair pay, and better benefits.

  • Healthcare: Expanding access to affordable healthcare, and lowering prescription costs
