Key Election Details

Mark your calendar! Here is the single most important date this fall:

  • General Election Day: Tuesday, November 3rd

Step 1: Check your Voter Registration

​

Before you can cast your ballot, you need to ensure you are registered at your current address.

  • Registration Deadline: October 19th

  • Check or Update Your Registration: If you've recently moved or changed your name, you must update your records before the deadline.

Step 2: Vote by Mail 

​

If you prefer to vote from the comfort of your home, you can request a mail-in ballot. No excuse is needed to vote by mail in Pennsylvania.

  • Mail-in Application Deadline: October 27th

  • Don't wait! Apply as early as possible to ensure you receive your ballot with plenty of time to return it. 

Step 3: Vote in Person on Election Day

Prefer the traditional voting booth? Plan your trip to the polls ahead of time so you don't get caught in the rush.

  • Polling Hours: 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM

  • Where do I go? Your polling place is determined by your home address and may have changed since the last election.

Important Reminder: As long as you are in line at your polling place by 8:00 PM on Election Day, you have the legal right to vote. Stay in line!
