• Ending Corporate Tax Breaks: Eliminating state subsidies for high-tech data centers to ensure massive tech conglomerates pay their fair share.

• Protecting Water and Resources: Requiring hyper-scale facilities to report and limit their peak energy and water draw to protect local natural resources.

• Putting Power in Community Hands: Giving local neighborhoods the binding authority to review, approve, or halt proposed data center developments.
